Our client’s mobile app is a daily destination for millions of customers around the globe to shop and browse the latest sale items from their mobile phone. They wanted to transform the customer shopping experience on its mobile app through modern, scalable technology stack, and achieve brand consistency across all channels.

We used a platform-led approach to revamp the app and ensure consistency across all its channels.

Our client also wanted to streamline their marketing operations through a dedicated content management system (CMS). A new CMS would empower the content team to create, publish and manage content more efficiently across digital channels. Ultimately, the team wanted to harness the power of personalization to elevate the customer experience.

Action

Infogain was engaged as a digital partner to design a solution and roadmap for our client’s growing mobile platform. We helped our client improve the mobile app user experience significantly with updated architecture and a dedicated content management system.

Using a platform-led approach, we updated the existing mobile application (hybrid app with web pages rendered on app screen) to a personalized native app experience on the mobile app’s homepage with a headless content management system and modern architecture. The updated mobile app allows for scalability and gives our client’s customers a more personalized experience.

We modeled the homepage using the server defined UI (SDUI) approach on Contentstack, a headless content management system, that offers out of box integrations with asset management, analytics, and marketing platforms like Adobe Target.

With the end-to-end setup including Contentstack, and integrations with digital advertising content platforms, the content team can now create and manage experiences on their end which minimizes updates that customers need to download frequently.
