Our client is a multi-billion-dollar North American travel group that operates airlines and resorts. An internal Salesforce admin tool they used to generate group quotes and lead management had reached its end-of-life (EOL) phase.
With a customized quote management portal, our client delivers seamless and frictionless customer experiences.
The sales team used traditional methods like phone and email for lead management tasks and group quotes. Lack of a sales portal meant the booking process was slow for customers and travel agents.
Our client needed an app with high availability for revenue generation. In order to manage an increase in support requests, scalability was a requirement as well.
Action
We developed a customized self-service portal using React.JS and .NET for travel agents and customers to request quotes. Our solution includes a headless CMS integrated with Okta for identity management and single sign-on (SSO) capabilities.
Sales leads from Salesforce are deep linked to a quote management portal that also streamlines other complex CPQ administrative tasks and enables the team to quickly create or update quotes.
Security is achieved with automated deployments using Microsoft Azure DevOps, while Azure PaaS improves scalability and reliability.
Microsoft Application Insights and Azure Monitoring were used for logging and monitoring, with Azure Key Vault securing configurations and sensitive data.
