ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketo Engage platform setup including system administration, user management, data flow management, audience management, lead management and campaign management.

• Help establishing data flow within Marketo, custom object creation, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing data hygiene processes, segmentation, and list management strategies.

• Evaluate and enhance the performance of marketing automation processes, ensuring best practices in lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.

• Manage integration between Marketo and other key systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics), analytics, data lake and third-party platforms to create a seamless flow of data.

• Work with sales and marketing to design lead routing, scoring models, and attribution workflows to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up of marketing leads.

• Provide technical guidance as well as implement all marketing automation projects, including the design of workflows, triggers, webhook, webservice setup and custom API configurations.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute automated campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, and personalized content strategies.

• Create and customize Marketo email templates, landing pages, and forms using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and dynamic content features.

• Create and manage reporting dashboards within Marketo and other integrated platforms, offering insights into campaign performance, lead conversions, and other KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with data security policies, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and email marketing standards across all marketing automation processes.

• Provide ongoing support to marketing and sales teams on Marketo best practices, platform updates, and troubleshooting issues.

• Stay up to date with the latest Marketo features and industry trends to continually refine strategies, propose innovations, and enhance marketing automation efforts.
