Key Responsibilities:

Automation Development:

• Design and develop test automation scripts using Copado Robotic Testing for Salesforce applications.

• Maintain and update scripts to accommodate changes in Salesforce configurations and features.

• Ensure modular, reusable, and scalable script design.

• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines.

Test Execution:

• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and log defects.

• Collaborate with manual testers to align test coverage.

• Participate in regression testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Contribute to test case design and planning.

• Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Stay updated on CRT features, updates, and best practices.

• Continuously improve test scripts for better coverage and efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Provide detailed test reports and document test cases.

• Maintain version control for test scripts and related artifacts.

Tool Optimization and Governance:

• Optimize the use of CRT for testing various Salesforce components, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and configurations.

• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and testing guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Copado, Robotic framework).

• Understanding of CI/CD and version control systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot and debug test failures.

• Knowledge of BDD and TDD

• Good Knowledge of QA processes and Practises

• Salesforce Testing - Sales, Service and Commerce clouds

• Certified salesforce admin

• Certified in Copado Robotic Testing
