ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other platform tools.
Guide developers in building scalable, secure, and optimized solutions while ensuring adherence to
Solution Design & Architecture:
Architect and implement complex, multi-cloud solutions tailored to business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical strategy, data models, and integration patterns.
Team Management & Mentorship:
Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
Drive knowledge-sharing sessions and best practices across the team.
Integration & Performance:
Oversee integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, and ETL processes.
