ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications and related integrations.
Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions.
Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including support procedures and best practices.
Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
Support user training and provide guidance on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
Manage data integrity, security settings, and user access control.
Coordinate with Salesforce support and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
