Cloud Network Engineer (Lead) with skills Cloud Network Engineering, Azure Firewall, Managed Services-Network, Azure-Infra, Palo Alto Firewall for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties:
Support (Tier 2) – Monitor, trouble-shoot, and resolve enterprise network issues. Focus will be on the Palo Alto Firewalls, including ISE, GlobalConnect, and could include Cisco/Meraki equipment
Implement – Plan, coordinate, and facilitate designed solutions using best practices to provide future support model; Maintain the performance, security and availability of services
Document – document the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure solutions
Will own the Palo Alto firewall solutions including day to day administration and maintenance of hardware/software and configuration including policies. Will work with several network engineers that are focused outside Palo Alto and alongside System Engineers that handle the Windows/Linux/Azure/GCP systems.
