Job Description: HR Analytics Role Location: Noida, India
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical HR Analytics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data and analytics to support strategic HR initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR metrics and trends.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
o
Gather, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights for business and HR strategies.
o
Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
o
Conduct analyses on workforce trends such as attrition, retention, diversity, and employee engagement.
2.
Strategic Support & stakeholder collaboration:
o
Collaborate with HR leaders and HRBPs to understand analytical needs and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with organizational goals.
o
Provide insights to enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
3.
HR Systems and Tools:
o
Manage HRIS and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
o
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize HR tools and technologies.
4.
Continuous Improvement:
o
Stay updated on trends in HR analytics, automation, and AI to recommend new technologies or methodologies.
o
Support change management initiatives related to new HR technologies or processes.
5.
Compliance:
o
Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
•
Technical Skills:
o
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
o
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems.
o
Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•
Communication Skills: Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
•
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
