Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled MSBI Developer with a strong foundation in SQL Server to design and implement data engineering and BI solutions. The role requires expertise in SQL Server, stored procedures, AWS Cloud, and Python, along with the ability to create impactful dashboards using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• SQL Server Development:

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

  • Build and manage data models and database schemas to support data engineering needs.

  • Perform query performance tuning and optimization for large datasets.

• ETL and Data Integration:

  • Develop robust ETL processes using SSIS to transform and integrate data from various sources.

  • Maintain and improve data pipelines for high-volume, low-latency processing.

• BI Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.

  • Deliver actionable insights by visualizing data to meet business requirements.

• Cloud and Automation:

  • Deploy and maintain BI solutions on AWS Cloud platforms.

  • Use Python for automation, data processing, and advanced analytics.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and understand requirements, ensuring successful end-to-end project delivery.

• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Primary Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.

  • Strong hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.

• Secondary Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.

  • Experience with AWS Cloud for deploying and managing BI solutions.

  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
