Our hardware client was being left out of cloud conversations, so they hired us to enable their transformation into a platform business. We used the Value Delivery Framework (VDF) to identify dependencies across their org. We created a strategy and validated it with focus groups, then helped them develop a cloud-based offering set. Then we worked with the CIO to build out a platform to sell and provision their products as a service.
We enabled our client to move from a licensing-focused business model to an annuity revenue business model.
