Physical Well-being

We maintain a hybrid work environment to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Our offices provide ergonomic seating, good lighting, and access to snacks. To promote health, we offer programs such as vision check-ups, doctor consultations, nutrition talks, fitness challenges, and healthy cooking competitions. Additionally, we provide discounted gym memberships and medical claims coverage. We encourage physical activity through Marathons, Cyclathons, yoga sessions, and office games like table tennis, carrom, and chess. These activities not only enhance physical health but also boost mental well-being. A healthy, happy workforce is integral to our business's success.

Mental Well-being

Mental health is a priority at Infogain. We organize workshops on stress management, work-life balance, and mental resilience. Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential support, and we’ve created a “calming corner” for mindfulness featuring mandalas, books on mental health, detox water, and soothing sounds. Our HR and management teams stay in contact with employees, offering support and early intervention when necessary.

Social Well-being

We encourage social connections through virtual and in-person activities, including festivals and family events. Infogain believes that family plays an integral role in scaling our work and success. One of our key initiatives is the Kids’ Carnival, which invites employees' families to join in and celebrate the importance of work-life balance and togetherness.

Our Performance Enhancement Plan (PEP) helps employees set career goals and track their progress. Additionally, our revamped medical insurance now covers the LGBTQ+ community, and we offer personalized Employee Assistance Plans.

Our office design features quiet areas for mindfulness, ergonomic workstations, and spaces that encourage both collaboration and relaxation. Wellness isn’t just about programs—it’s about the environment we create. During World Health Day, we hosted a wellness talk that was broadcast live on our Workplace platform. We are also planning to introduce Wellness Ambassadors to further engage employees in our wellness initiatives.
