They wanted to improve the customer experience and give their sales team a more efficient quoting process when visiting job sites. They needed a solution that integrated dynamic pricing and product configuration.

Giving sales a boost with CPQ for on-site quotes

On-site HVAC sales reps increased deal win rates and sales productivity with our CPQ system.

Additionally, our client needed a customized module for customers requesting quotes and using discount codes. The new module would help their customer when selecting the right vendor.

We deployed a CPQ system for our client’s on-site sales reps, that enabled product configuration, pricing adjustments based on repair types, and efficient generation and sharing of quote templates.

In addition, we developed a customized quote request module that allowed customers to request quotes, apply discount codes, and evaluate vendors. Our solution incorporated dynamic pricing rules, product configurations, and backend logic for seamless quote generation and distribution.
